01 / THE CHALLENGE
Reliable electricity depends on more than generating capacity. Power stations, transmission infrastructure, financing and operational expertise must work together as one system.
Falcon Eye International initiated and managed two gas-fired power station projects serving the national capital and the commercial capital of the same African nation. We led contract negotiation and arranged international project financing. Contractor partners carried out construction under our supervision and overall project management.

02 / IMPLEMENTATION
The station serving the national capital was delivered in two phases of 35 MW, reaching 70 MW. In the commercial capital, three 17.5 MW engines provided 52.5 MW of installed capacity. Infrastructure there was designed for 105 MW, with room for three additional engines. Falcon Eye also managed a separate project delivering more than 30 km of high-voltage transmission lines.
The stations supplied stable, reliable electricity to both cities, alongside other sources of power. Our involvement continued into operation and maintenance management for both plants and the transmission infrastructure. Specialist subcontractors and local partners performed the operational work under Falcon Eye’s management.
